The buffet offers a wide choice of select ingredients, especially organic products and paying special attention to the preparation of all the foods.
Our guests can enjoy home-made cakes typical of the Ferrara tradition, biscuits, fresh bread, and freshly sliced cold meats, cheeses, fresh eggs, jams, organic honey, croissants, and fresh seasonal fruit. You can also choose from among various flavours of packaged yogurt.
There are also plenty of fruit juices and hot beverages, as well as milk and various types of cereal. We will be pleased to serve specific products for those with food intolerances, but please notify us in advance.
